At PlanBee, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal.

Drop Off Your Return

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting the request.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
